Moves Adam Fields Productions in an overall deal at 20th Century Fox
Mr. Fields co-wrote and produced Brokedown Palace starring Claire Danes and Kate Beckinsale, produced Ravenous with Guy Pearce, Arquette, Robert Carlyle and then in 2000 produced the indie cult phenomenon Donnie Darko with Jake Gyllenhal, Maggie Gyllenghal, Jenna Malone, Drew Barrymore, Patrick Swayze, Noah Wyle, Mary McDonald, and Seth Rogan.

Developed, supervised films including Ali, Rosewood, My Fellow Americans, and Executive Produced Money Train.

Created Preview Tech, later sold for $MM
Mr. Fields created the innovative motion picture marketing company Preview Tech that married consumer electronic stores with motion picture trailers. He then with the help of the prestigious media investment banking firm Verronis Schuler sold the company in 1992 in a multi million dollar transaction.

Forms Adam Fields Production at Paramount Pictures
Executive Produced Vision Quest with Madonna (little known at the time), of which the soundtrack generated three # 1 singles; Crazy For You, Gambler, and Only The Young From Journey. He then Produced The Whoopee Boys, Johnny Be Good staring first time actress Uma Thurman along with Anthony Michael Hall and Robert Downey Jr, he then Produced after an 8 year journey Great Balls of Fire with Dennis Quaid and Wynona Ryder along with the soundtrack from The Killer himself, Jerry Lee Lewis.

Joins Ned Tanen at Universal Pictures to form Channel Productions
Acquired and oversaw John Hughes directorial debut Sixteen Candles and followup The Breakfast Club.

Joins Polygram Pictures under Co-chairmen Peter Guber & Jon Peters
Within 1 year was named Executive Vice President of Production.
Supervised pictures including American Werewolf in London, Missing, 6 Weeks, Deadly Blessing, The Pursuit of DB Cooper, Endless Love but was most renown for having been the music supervisor and Executive Producer of The Endless Love single and soundtrack with Lionel Richie and Dianna Ross. The longest #1 single in history at the time, Oscar and Golden Globe nominated best song, multi grammy winner and the beginning of Lionel Richies solo career. He then Executive Produced the hit soundtrack for Flashdance.
